Originally from central-southern Brazil, Neli brings a unique global perspective and a strong professional foundation as a Forester Engineer. She moved to Texas in 1999 and built a successful career in real estate before discovering her true calling along the coast. After visiting Rockport-Fulton, she and her husband, David, were instantly drawn to the coastal lifestyle and made the move to the Texas Coast—a decision that shaped both their personal and professional journey.
Today, Neli or "Nelida", combines her passion for real estate with her deep appreciation for the coastal windswept live oaks and surrounding nature. Her knowledge of the area goes beyond homes—she helps clients embrace the full coastal lifestyle, from bayfront living and boating access to nature, birding, and the charm of small-town coastal living.
