Strait Luxury

After much evaluation and comparison of the real estate brokerages in the Boerne area we decided to go with Tamara Strait (Strait Luxury Homes) and her associates. It turned out to be a great choice. The Strait team worked hard to keep us up to date and informed about the market values, sales and showings of similar properties in our area. After their comp study they suggested an asking price that was very realistic and achievable, (which turned out to be spot-on). After we went under contract we were always kept informed of the closing schedules and critical dates. I would definitely recommend and use Strait Luxury Homes again.

Wish I had more than 5 stars to give. We used Tamara Strait recently when we decided to move to the Spring Branch area. Tamara is very familiar with the various developments and builders. Once she knew what we were looking for, she was relentless in scrubbing every available listing against our search criteria. The result is that we were only shown listings that had a lot to offer no wasted appointments. Once we found a home that met our needs she helped tremendously in negotiating with the builder. I simply cannot say enough about Tamara as a Realtor! She absolutely went above and beyond! In every interaction with her, we were reassured and could feel that she truly cared about the sale of our home as much as we did. She is tenacious, intelligent, hard-working, and confident. We have sold houses before and we will never use another realtor other than Tamara! She is the best!
